I have used slideshow pro, simple viewer and your presentation of photoflow makes it a better software. The ability to make it look like a mac image gallery with all the photos make it worth it, the customizable background is great feature and your tutorial is great. Check out the “work” section of http://www.media8.com and look close at the reflections of the pictures. The site is still in beta version.
They are much more realistic than the Flashloaded component as a reflection on the ground should be planar.
The trick is to add the reflection in the image and export the whole image as a png 24.

(here comes the long story made short)* I started a job as a graphic designer. My job was to create a student agenda, and i had to do the works to it, discount card, tab pages, etc,. I really like this site’s format. The visuals are nice. I like the colors and everything’s legible and creative. I like the way it looks like doodles on a page – torn paper, staples, sticky notes and such look great in this environment. I wish I had more web design knowledge than I do. My first page used lined paper as the background in the art area and so this is kind of neat to see that I wasnt the only one that thought it was worth using as a design element.
I’ve been wondering about how to use flash to my advantage and the tutorial about the photo flip stuff sounds like just the thing I’ve been looking for. I sure would love to win a copy of that.
