I’m pleased to announce that the Themify.me theme has been released as a premium theme — Corporate (see theme demo), available on Themify shop. The Corporate theme is a simple, clean, professional looking theme that is suitable for general business sites. With the drag & drag Builder, it is very easy to design any type of layouts in minutes. The theme also comes with a shop integration which allows you to sell products using the free WooCommerce plugin.
Designing with the Builder
For demonstration purposes: we’ve created a few demo pages using the Builder: Features, Company Landing, Shop Landing, Software, and Web App Page. Not only does the Builder work on static Pages, it also works on any custom post type. This means you can use the Builder to create unique layouts for Portfolio and Product pages. I think the drag and drop themes are great options. It’s interesting though… I find a lot of them are overwhelming for the casual WP user. Even though they are “drag and drop”, most have a pretty high learning curve from my experience. People I know that use them a lot these days are designers who want to to custom WordPress sites for clients, but don’t want to learn the code : )
