SWFaddress and Best Samples 83
Don't you find it frustrating to browse Flash sites because you can't use the browser's back/forward button or send your friend to a certain section? The solution to this problem would be SWFaddress — a small Javascript library that lets you create virtual URLs for Flash and Ajax. SWFaddress has been around since 2006, and surprisingly not all Flash sites are utilizing this tool. In this post, I've collected 20 sites (Flash and Ajax) that are using SWFaddress.

I still think that flash is one of those tools/technologies that will always be there and anyone who thinks otherwise should really stop lying to themselves. This article proofs that once again, flash is a great tool.

This site is awesome. I dint know swfaddresses ever existed. Im a flash developer myself, how could i miss this wonderful stuff. Thanks a lot.
I notice quite a lot of the examples have not got a working version of deeplinking. It is a bit more complex to incorporate into a real website. http://www.succinct-tools.net/ has a working example if anyone wants to disect a real example.
