Before I go to the prizes, I would like to mention that Microsoft is having a web event called Make Web, Not War '09 in Toronto on Jun 10th (full day), and Vancouver on Jun 2nd (half day). To be honest, a lot of people think that the conference is Microsoft so they will not go, but Microsoft really has a lot of innovative people there. I really wanted to go…
Great giveaway, anyway, I didn’t like that the webpage for the event was on flash… I think that’s not a difficult design to reproduce with html+css+jquery

It’s an interesting initiative, “Make Web, Not War”, and they say it’s 2009 edition. Does any of you heard anything about previous edition(s)?

I’d be interested in learning more about the event. Doesn’t seem clear what exactly will happen there, but I seem to fit the criteria of someone that should attend.
