Adobe is hosting a CS5 launch event on Monday (Apr 12) at 11am EST/8am PST. Personally, I’m very excited for this event. If you haven’t signed up yet, hurry! Adobe’s team will be sharing a first look at the top five killer features of CS5 for design, web, video, and photography. I have five CS5 tshirts (from Adobe) to giveaway. To join the contest, simply post a comment in this post about your favorite new feature demonstrated in the launch event. Note: this contest is for Canadian participants only (sorry for the international readers).
Update: the winners are 36, 49, 69, 77 and 93.

I luv illustator. The content aware fill in photoshop looks awesome. Can’t wait until I can get my hands on cs5. :)

The content-aware fill in CS5 Photoshop has to be my favourite new feature. I can’t count the number of times a photo has been just too short, even after the CS4 content-aware scaling.
Joe Nyaggah
Bummer! No love for the states?
Duncan
Content aware fill in Photoshop!
Darryl
Perspective Drawing for Illustrator CS5
Veronica
I’m not sure if this was announced at the event, but I just watched an overview of the RotoBrush tool in After Effects … so beautiful.

Nick Sil
I’m really diggin’ the potential for a much more lenient art engine. Photoshop has always been on the up-and-up as far as technology and services-provided are concerned; but arguably, the true art factor has been a bit of a miss. From what I see, Adobe seems to have hit the nail on my head. I am very excited about the potential to have more of a poetic licence — should I be allowed to be cliché!
Nick Sil
Please excuse me! Admittedly, I neglected to read the entirety of the requirements in which to be qualified to win these prizes. I am not a citizen of Canada, but of the U.S.A. Please accept my misunderstanding and apology regarding what I now see to have been rather poignant oversight on my account. Best of luck to those in the running!!
Kris
OMG, Photoshop’s content aware fill!!

As far as what my favourite new feature is, I’m going to be unoriginal and say that Content Aware fill in Photoshop is the coolest new feature! Although I am looking forward to all of it, and the new Flash stuff.

I love every new feature each new release of Photoshop dishes out, but this time around, I’d have to say that the puppet-warp feature will come in handy, and content-aware fill will be such a time-saver.
It’s a tie for me… now how about a shirt to go with it?
Simon Robert
My favorite new feature is Puppet Warp, just so nice … I imagine funny stuff I will do with it. I can wait to intall this new version of the CS. !
Rommel Miraflores
Woah. I have to change my answer. The new, improved, Refine Edge feature when selecting and masking. Awesome tool! Smart Radius Edge Detection and the Refine Edge brush is a winning combination!
Asrar
Content-aware filling.
Francois
Content-aware filling for sure !!
Philippe Gaboury
With content-aware fills, live preview, browser lab, refined edges and puppet warp there’s just too much to pick just one. But just one t-shirt will do fine.
Crystal Rose
Content aware fill, browser labs are my 2 favorite features in the new CS5.
Max Titov
The content aware is my definite favourite new feature.
Gus Calderon
intelligent auto-fill all the way!
Joel
Live View and Browser Lab in Dreamweaver are my favourite!

Gonna get production premium as soon as it comes out!

There was a lot of great stuff from the launch video. As a web developer I was really excited about the integrated browser lab feature in Dreamweaver. I already use it, but now it’s handier!
I’m also looking forward to trying Photoshop’s new brushes. Corel Paint has had the upper hand with fine art brushes, but we’ll see if Photoshop will give it some competition!
JP

my favorite Adobe CS5 feature would have to be non other than the variable width strokes adjustment for Illustrator. I think using the new width handles will definitely save me some time.
