Frontend 2011 Conference Ticket Giveaway 107
The Frontend conference I spoke at last year is hosting again this year in Oslo, Norway between October 10-12th — Frontend 2011 (@frontend_conf). Unfortunately, I won't be attending this year. However, I have a free conference pass to giveaway. To enter the contest, all you have to do is write a comment about your thoughts on the event in this blog post. The contest ends on August 19th, 2011. Then a random winner will be drawn from the comment list.
How to enter?
- One entry per person. Duplicate comments will be voided.
- Comment entries will be accepted until August 19, 2011.
- One winner will be picked randomly. The winner will receive a conference ticket from the event organizer (Frontend 2011).

I just landed my first official front-end development position at a company in Nashville, TN. In fact, my first day is August 22nd. I’ve been a web designer/developer for 14 years … but this will be my first “User Experience Designer” position. I’m really pumped to finally work for a company that sees the true value in having a designer/developer with a clear focus on the user experience. So I’d love to attend this event! Please.
